An introduction to the Omnipod 5 Automated Insulin Delivery System for type 1 diabetes

What's a hybrid closed loop insulin delivery system, and how can it help people living with type 1 diabetes?

In this video I talk through my experience of switching to the Omnipod 5 automated insulin delivery system, which I use with the Dexcom G6 continuous glucose monitor to manage my type 1 diabetes, after using both multiple daily injections and a 'regular' insulin pump for a number of years.

Diabetes technology and terminology can be daunting, but I wanted to chat through how this particular hybrid closed loop system has made me feel, as well as the health outcomes it has given me.
